PLEASE NOTE: The aftermarket powerpack PAF25-05090001 is a replacement for the original. It fits and works. The plug is slightly different, so we include a new wiring harness.
Connection instructions aftermarket powerpack PAF25-05090001
Trigger: red to red white / white to black white.
Coil: orange to orange / black to black.
Stator: 2x black yellow to yellow green.
Stator: green white to blue / white green to brown (works the other way around too).
Black ground eye cable harness to ground point somewhere on the block.
Temperature sensor: 2x brown black to green and black.
Power pack / CDI plug to wiring harness plug.
There is a black ground wire hanging just next to the plug, this to the black ground wire just next to the plug of the wiring harness.
Automatic choke: 2x yellow extension (25cm) to 2x yellow green.
White wire from wiring harness to the disconnect switch.
Yellow wire from wiring harness that is with brown and blue, is the oil pressure sensor.
Then you have 2 cables from the wiring harness left (yellow-red and yellow) these come to the oil light on a manual start model.
